I need suggestion. My company have advertised for last six month for RIR. Now at the end we have received 49 resumes. Amorng this 49 we have received 29 who has Bachelor Degree and the rest either does have a bachelor degree or foreign worker. But in my adverstise minimum qualification was bachelor degree with min 2 years of experience in the related field. Now our company found 5 of them among 29 have 2 or more than 2 years of experience. Most of them were not qulified for salary issue and for 4 specific required was mentioned in the advertisedment. Now my lawyer unfortunately says for 49 resume we should not file RIR.
Please help me to make a decision. Also if RIR is denied then what would be my priority date of non-RIR if I need to file. Also I have a non-RIR case which we are going to withdraw before RIR filing.
