Is there any restrictions about number of resume received (or # of resume receipt) on RIR processing. We received some resume does not have minimum degree for the position, no experience in the required field with experience in other field, does not meet minimum number of year of experience and some resume reqired sponsorship. Now those resumes makes the number resume higher (approx 50). Is this number is going to be a problem for RIR processing? Please help me about this issue. My lawer said because of number of resume RIR would not be successful.

Thanks

I think you can safely ignore the resume' which requires sponsoring (I believe you are talking about sponsoring H1), as the law wants to make sure that the GC is not taking away a job of a citizen. Having greater number of resume's that you could not find a match from could be a double edged sword though. On one hand it would be a clear indication that your position is indeed quite specialized for which there are not too many candidates who can do the job. On the other hand, the application might attract greater scrutiny to make sure that the filing has not been tailored excessively to help your case - but then either case will depend on the vagaries of the CO.
