Hello all,
I've been waiting patiently! for this process to end but my patience is wearing very thin after waiting for 3 years just for DOL's initial approval!
My application was submitted around Jan 2002 and according to this page http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp NY is still processing applications from Oct. 2001
Does anybody have ANY idea as to when I should (realistically) expect them to process mine? Do you think these backlog processing centers help me at all?
I'd appreciate any feedback (...and supportive messages which could help my psychology)
