Aftrer getting my undergrad and subseqently the OPT, I started working for a mid sized gora company in MD. They have never sponsord an H1 or GC, though after lots of convincing we split the $3k cost of getting the H1 from Murthy, and got it in the nick of time.

I would like to start the Labor process, but I'm not sure which way to go if I choose either RIR or non RIR, I don't believe my company will be willing to do the recruitment; can I pay an agency to do that?
I'll also have to pay out of pocket as they just got my H-1 done.
All I imagine them doing is signing a few papers when I ask them.
Looking at the SESA MD thread Nov 2001 is being processed now (?!?!!?)

I had 2 years part time (20hrs a week) relevant work experience as an undergrad. Can I only quote 1 year full time work experience or can I also use the experience gained from August '03 till present with the present employer?
