RIR/Non-RIR matter for Dallas BEC center

My Case went to Dallas BEC center. My lawyer filed in RIR category and found 'http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx' my case in NON-RIR category. Does it matter RIR/NON-RIR case for BEC ? My lawyer told he has sent a letter to BEC to correct the their database. But He got reply from BEC , had large number of cases to enter. It is not possible to correct database.

Does it matter RIR/NON-RIR case for BEC ?

It may not matter as to what is entered in the flcdatacenter now. When the case is being reviewed, if they treat it as non-RIR your attorney will get notice for doing Supervised Recriting. At that time you will have to prove your RIR advertising efforts and correct the situation.
