RIR Mix match with PERM for 7,8th year extensions

Hi

Currently i am in my 6th year of H1.
Have a RIR filed thru my current employer.
Planning to start PERM (expected to be approved before the end of 6 years).
Planning to use the RIR for 7th year extension.
The RIR will be withdrawn or used for someone else after that (withdrawn per the company attorney).

If PERM is filed and approved AND

a) let's say I-140 is not approved prior to the end of 7th year
question: will it be possible to get the H1 extension for 8th year
based on PERM filing? though RIR was used to get 7th year xtn.

b) Do the 8th year extension refer back to the Original Labor filed
and does it expect it to be valid?

c) let's say I-140 is approved prior to the end of 7th year

question: will it be possible to get the H1 extension for 8th year or
get 3 years extension based on approved i-140?

question: if i use I-140 ,will they refer / cross verify with the original
labor used for my 7th year extension which might be withdrawn or
used for someone else?

I would appreciate if someone can elaborate on this.

no matter what it is......when ever ....file for 1 year H1 extention. that point of time you need have labor filed b4 365 day.
