Once you clear Labor, for all INS purposes it doesnt matter if you are RIR or Non-RIR. This is just to make things clearer for few of you who seem to be unaware.

RIR or Non RIR was ONCE immaterial to INS. But now at 140 and even at 485 stage , probably because of the huge unemployment in the IT industry, INS does look into the LC process. It is evident from the RFE's and even some rejections based on the LC process being too restrictive. You can not point blank say what you have said. For info".
