My company filed my labor in Nov 2003. I was told by my attorney that we would hear from the TX Work Force Commission when my file is transferred to DOL. But there has been no contact from TWFC till now. Is there a way to track my application status at the TWFC?
If anyone is in the same situation and has information regarding this, a reply will be greatly appreciated.
