Hi All
I am working on H1 visa as a programmer for state of North Carolina. I am a permanent employee of North carolina state government. I would like to apply for green card through the state government. My Manager is little hesitant to give ad for Labor ceritification. I would like to apply for RIR. I have 'heard' that RIR is not currently accepted for software engineers. Is it true ? Does anybody know people who have applied RIR from North Carolina state ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated
