My RIR is filed from Montana and as per my attorney it went to USDOL in Dallas. As per this site it is supposed to go to Denver but I dont understand why it went to Dallas ? Does anyone have similar experience? Pls reply.

Your attorney is right. Some cases (so called "troublesome") end up in Dallas. Per my attorney this usually leads to NOF. You might start thinking about Plan B. Maybe file another labor from "faster" state.

From what I've collected regular applications end up in Dallas if they're not send to Denver DOL as "limited review". IN fact, there are number of ppl on this forum who got their LC-s certified through LRP. I don't know what is the logistics for RIR filers. Maybe, your application had high number of responses or Montana SESA felt there was a local workforce avaliable for the position. :(
