RIR eligibility

Is it OK if the company places the Ad for Reduction in Recruitment while the claimant is currently
employed in the advertised position.. The assumption is that after the ad
campaign is over, a labor certification application will be filed claiming RIR.

In other words for RIR does the recruitment
campaign have to precede the hiring of the GC
applicant? Has anyone actually done this? Have
there been any problems?

Do you want to say ? the RIR advesrtisement post should be new ?

nop, if you are at the same position on H1/ OPT and want to start green card process you can go through RIR route.

Usually nobody will start green card process if you are not working with them.

Could you please use simple wording so understanding/ interpretation shouldn't be same as decoding message.
