My RIR got certified without 45 day letter from PBEC and my employer has receievd the hard copy of the approval as well.

The situation here is:

On Sep 7 2006 my employer has contacted PBEC that 45 day letter has not received in my case.

Before PBEC responded on the No 45 day letter query, the employer had received the RIR approval for mine around Sep 14 2006

On Sep 25 2006, PBEC has responded to my employer to provide from ETA 750 for RIR continuation.

Employer informed me that as we had received the approval, no need to get back to PBEC request to provide ETA 750 and to continue with -I140 filing.

Advise on this please
