RIR Certified - PERM Denied

Hi Everyone,

After 5 years of waiting period, in July 2007 finally I got the certification for RIR Application. In March 2007 we filled an application for PERM and we received today a notice of denial.

I'm pretty confuse because now we have a RIR certified and a PERM denied.
How this last nottice affects the RIR already certified?? We already sent all the applications for the Green Card based on the RIR certification.

Did you refer to the pending labor in PERM to capture priority date?
If not, your RIR labor is good.
