RIR case got moved to non RIR at Federal level

Hi All,

My case was filed under RIR in sept 2001 and it cleared State and was moved to Federal. At the federal level it got moved to non RIR category.

My question here is does the case move back to state non RIR or Federal non RIR.

Any help will be appreciated.

It will go back into State non-RIR queue retaining your current priority date.
