RIR and Perm LC in Parallel

Hi,

I have filed an RIR LC with Componay A. Now I got a chance to switch to Company B and start a new PERM LC. Will my RIR LC with company A be automatically withdrawed with the filing of my PERM LC with company B?? assume company A does not withdraw it.

Anyone please shet light on this. Thanks!!
 
You should request company A to withdraw the RIR LC since you are going to start PERM, that is going to help clear the backlog and this is the right thing to do. Having multiple applications for the same case just make the system more inefficient that what it already is.
