As many of you might remember I got my AOS interview and subsequently a new shiny GC back in January.
Today – what a surprise! - I received a BIO appointment set for me by USCIS TSC for the next months….
And the letter says “if you fail to appear as scheduled, your application (I-485) will be considered abandoned”
I have no words to express my feelings right now.
What kind of a moron there pretends like he or she still working on a case that was already approved?

What a crapy agency. No co-ordination at all between the agencies. No wonder the process is just hanging for some of us because of idiots like this.

I got the letter on Saturday. I’m not sure if I will call them, or just plain ignore it.
Remember, I told you my first scheduled appointment was canceled and my case was transfered to Texas Service Center and then two months later – back to MSC and then to my DO for an interview? Well, this letter came from Texas, looks like TSC is finally catching up.
