Right of Permanent Residence

Many thanks to all the contributers in this forum. It is very helpful.
Could any one shed some light on the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, I know that it is CAD 975, My question is should I pay it for each of the husband and wife (total USD 1,950) or is it only for the principle applicant CAD 975?

The fee if for all the applicant over the age of 21 years or more. So yes, you have to pay for for your wife as well.
