Can you detail exactly what are to be submitted for EAD and AP Renewal ? Please enlist in two heads - EAD and AP.

Is the Top Portion of the EAD card holding folder important (it appears I lost that paper) ?

EAD Renewal

The Blue Signature card is not required, Renewal fee is 120.00, you can file by yourself, or thru your lawyer (add Lawyers fees),

I just checked the top portion of the card holding folder and basically it says that it has your A # and other important info, and that they (INS) recommends to attach this portion to speed up the process, Remember the KEY word is RECOMMEND, so if you have lost it it should not be a big deal, you should be ok.

And about AP sorry buddy cant help you there because I never applied for AP, but I am sure our other waiters can give you some insight on that.
