ric - Question abt early FP @ Newark NJ

According to one of your messages Newark NJ does not allow early FP.what if i have a genuine reason - flight tickets for vacation....etc. Did they tell you why its not allowed? please explain.

I will be having similar problem. My wife is going out of country for 3 mnths soon. I am not sure whether I can/should go ahead with my FP(Once I get the notice, which I should get soon).
