Rhode Island transfers

This is not the appropriate place but I was wondering if Rhode Island also transfers cases to MSC for processing.
This is scary because traditionally Boston/Rhode Island used to process their own cases.

on second thoughts, i think when the website says 130/1485= form 130 when filed in conjunction with 485. not the actual self standing 485.
Is this true or am I just trying to console myself.
