On June 27, I have received emails (total in 13) asking for RFI as following:

On June 24, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case.
......
But at that time, i was in the middle of my move, then on Jun 28,i called the NSC to change my address and sent AR-11 at the same time. Afterwards i received another emails ( total in 13 as well) saying :
...
On June 29, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
....
On June 05, i received the notice from NSC to response my request for address change said " your address has been updated on our system..."
BUT I HAVE NEVER GOT THE RFI WHICH WAS SUPOSED TO SEND ON JUNE 24. and i noticed that there is a mailing problem on east coast. and i am living on east coast!! what a tough luck!! I wend to my old address and as well the post office to see if there is something for me . No, nothing there.
so, I have called at least 10 times to NSC last week, everytime, i got rejected because my profile online is shown " we response to your request for more information concerning your case " INSTEAD OF " on june 24th, we mailed you a notice requesting additional infor/evidence...". the customer service representatives could not see and impossible to know that i have been asked for the RFI/RFE.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT, i am felling so hopeless. and have been worried sooo much and could not sleep in the past few days. and I know if i missed the deadline, I would be in hell . what should i do now???
I am new here, you think it will help if I write to Nebraska Center ? If so , what is the address that they can accept or consider this kind of matters? anybody know? Thank you in advance.
