BTW: I really recommend anyone who's about to get their medical examination done to compare prices of the civil surgeons in your area b/c more than likely your insurance won't cover it. I called up to six places and found the price range from $150 to $380.

You shouldn't pay more than $200. I called around 7 places and the price range I got was somewhere from $180 to $500. What I have also noticed is Big hospitals are charging more than a small clinic. I ended up going to a Local clinic, paid $180 and got it done.

ashgajo: it's different depending on where you're at. just look it up here http://uscis.gov/graphics/exec/cs/index.asp and pick up to ten places to call. it'll save you a lot of money i'm sure.
