RFI not answered by lawyer

RFE not answered by lawyer

My federal labour had an RFE and my lawyer did not inform me until 2 months after, he also said that our time to respond has also expired, does this mean that my green card processing has to be restarted ?
Also I already have a AP and EAD approved, will they still be valid or will they expire?
Please help me understand how bad my situation is?:confused:

I presume you meant RFE on 140 about labor?!

If you have the case status number check the status either by phone / online.

If the status says rejected, ask your lawyer to sent a letter (motion to reconsider) explaining the cause of delay with response to the RFE.

If not, just reply to the RFE and wait for further action from USCIS.
