RFI done but no BIO

I would like to ask if any of you had RFI done, but never had to do FP or BIO?
I never done any prints since 2001. I sent my RFI on 08/01/2005.Message changed at BCIS 08/10/2005.
This is the message I have right now.
Current Status:
On August 9, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Definetly you will get BIO code-3 b/c you didn't have finger print done.
BIO-code 3 includes finger prints.

K, What is your I485 ND?

I have sent them my RFI by the end of 07/05. Message changed at BCIS on 08/16/2005 saying they have received my RFI.

However, no BIO as of today.

I don't trust USCIS the MF until I get the plastic GC.
