on sept 19 I recieved the RFI notice requesting new medical and G325 A , I sent a stmt stating that these docs were sent with the initial application ,however based on the advise of some of you guys I went ahead and had anew medical and G32g A done and sent them again last week
my question is I have never revieved the BIO notice and according to what I have read so far on this forum it arrives at almost the same time with the RFI
any one can tell me if I am correct and if someone else had a similar experience

try this

yes you are correct you should have received it by now( thebio ).

in my opinio, go online, type uscis.gov then click on infopass, make yourself an appointment to see an immigration officer . then be there 15 mn in advance. tell the IO if they already sent you a notice for BIO. if not ask why not? this is better then to call the 800 number.
also don't forget to check that the address they see on their screen is the one you want your mail to go to. maybe they sent it to an older address.
good luck my friend.

Don't worry you'll get BIO notice soon. In my case I had my RFI for medical & G325A was received March,2005 & July,2005 I received my BIO. So you are fine.

pbeshai, I have the same experience as you. I did get RFI but no BIO. I am wondering if any one has experience by talking to an office by scheduling appointment through infopass? Does it help to talk to them? or they will just tell you "we are processing 2000 case ..."
