RFEs on AP at TSC

I was issued an RFE on 4/2/04 for my AP application at TSC. We haven't received any documents yet from BCIS. ANy suggestions about RFEs on AP application like what are the usual document or info they request when they issue an RFE on AP ? ANy info would be greatly appreciated.

RFE could be on ANYTHING. My wife got an RFE on her AP from officer #89. NOT RELATED TO I-140. It was related to her photos.

Her reply to RFE got accepted and her AP got approved within one month from RFE.

Prepare yourself to make photocopy of

1. 485 receipt notice
2. 140 approval notice
3. Copies of I94
4. May be get new picture.

It is one out of these four

Don't get the pictures as yet - it costs money. Photocopies you can do before hand.

RFE on AP at TSC

I just got an email from my attorney. They received my RFE letter. CIS is asking for principal applicant's I-140 approval copy which we already send it first time. Anyway, attorney going to send it again. I'll keep you all posted.
 
I couldn't believe this. We just received our APs today, which applied on July 3, 2003. It took over 9 months to get them approved. However, the APs are useless.

Our APs applications were submitted with wrong style photos by mistakes ( passport style photos instead of immigration photos). we got RFE for this as expected on 2-26-04. The RFE required new set of photos and copies of my I-140 approval notice and our marriage certificate.

We responded RFE with a new set of photos and copies of I-140 and M.C on 3-4-04, and APs got approved on 4-1-04. However, the photos on our approved APs ARE STILL WRONG STYLE PHOTOS( PASSPORT STYLE ). What idiots working in TSC!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do with these APs. Should I return them for correction or just use it since it has been approved, although it has wrong style photo on it.
