RFEs for EB1-EA and NIW

When you don't have power to control INS or BCIS except waiting, waiting, and more waiting, you always come out with some strange questions, such as:

RFEs about Employment Verification are common for EB2 and EB3 filers.

Did any NIW and EB1-EA filers (I-485) receive RFEs about Employment Letter (Employment Verification )?

What are the RFE types available for those "smart ass" if they are free from Employment Verification?
 
According to Rupnet statistics, about half of the people (including EB1) get RFEs, mostly are employment verifications.

Where does it say that those people are free from employment verification?
 
I am an EB2 NIW case. I got the RFE on employment. It is not a verification of employment. It requires providing evidence that establishes you still in the field of NIW. It is tougher than a simple verification. I felt like I have to redo my I-140.
