RFEs are reduced

I observed that, now a days RFEs are very lesss compared to 4-6 months time period. I know one of my friends in Defence government job, never changed job, still he got RFE for EVL 5 months back.

Now TSC realized our pain.

So what i want to inform you guys is,

BE HAPPY. IT'S GOOD SEASON (TIME) FOR APPROVALS.

Hi Bash,

My experience predicts that you will not get RFE.

Because RFE cases will be touched first. For your RD...if they plan for RFE...they would have issued 1-2 months back.

I write the above, becuase, Officers will first go through preliminary review for potential RFE candidates. If there is RFE, they will issue RFE without waiting for Name check, Medical check up etc...Because they know RFE will delay the process for 2 months. Within that time name check etc would arrive.

So, if there is no RFE, they will wait to collect other documents like Name check, medical, etc.. to close your file.
