Birth Certificate:- Translation was incorrect.

Now what could this mean. Anyone had same kind of exp. before.

Is there a specific format i need to produce birth certificate.

but an additional doc like affidavit should suffice this...But pls check w/ your lawyer first!

Birth certificates, marriage certificates etc. does not need to be translated. Sometime being proactive bites you. Here is my story:

I fact, I once received an RFE for marriage certificate in native language. My marriage certificate was in english (I intentionally got it in english thinking it will be helf) and they wanted it in my native language. Pretty stupid. Fortunately, due to good contacts, I was able to get another one in native language pretty quickly.
