Checked online status today and it seems they have issued an RFE on my case. For some reason (good lawyers and amount of info submitted originally), I did not think I'd get one of these. I guess the good thing is that it means someone is looking at my case, right?

Can anyone tell me, does this hinder the approval process any or is it a good thing that at least my case is being looked at?

Hi,
It is good thing that you got a RFE. At least it shows that they are processing cases where the FP is about to expire.
I am now waiting for my turn. Pl post the details of RFE once you get it.

Reply to RFE and my guess is that you wud be approved w/o 2nf FP...[FP wud expire in NOv03]..so act FAST upon receiving RFE.
Meanwhile keep docs ready anticipating the general things asked...

Thanks guys. I'll post details of the RFE once I hear from my lawyer. I submitted a lot of information to them originally so hopefully it's nothing big or out of the ordinary.

I'll keep you all posted. :)
