I guess they are looking at the RIR\'s a little closer these days. I used to work for a LARGE Telecomm company and my EB-3 RIR was processed way back in 1998. I received the RFE for "a job offer for a future job through the current or a prospective employer". I fortunately did not get discarded during the rounds of lay-offs we have had so far. I changed my job on May 1st after responding to the RFE with a letter from my new employer (AC-21). Let\'s see what happens.
