I received RFE (I-140/I-485 ccpies) on EAD after receving the EAD Card for the same WAC number. My lawyer simply wrote a two liner saying that EAD is already approved.

System is updated for long time but no action taken yet. The deadline for response is August 25, 2003.

Do you feel the response is inadequate.
we should have responded by sending the copies of letters asked in RFE?

Please advice.

Call the BCIS hotline and alos fax a copy of the response. When u speak to an agent tell the agent about the situation and ask the agent what should you do further..
