I recently got a RFE.
The RFE is for employment letter, last month's pay stub and last years W2.
I was laid off by the company which filed for my GC. I am currently employed in another company B. Before joining company B, I was working as an independent consultant.
Can u please let me know if I have to send an AC21 letter to the INS. Is there a format for the AC21 letter in this website?
And also, regarding the pay stub: do I have to send the paystub that I received before I got the RFE or Can I send the pay stub that I got after i received the RFE.
