RFE has been issued on my case on 5/9/03. I got it in hands today. INS is asking for employment letter and pay stubs for 3 months. They are also asking evidence for my legal status in the US before I join my current employer. I was on B-2; switched to H1B four months later
In the RFE, the date shown is 12/5/01 which is my ND. My RD is, in fact,10/31/01. So my case is assigned on the basis of ND, I guess. Or is it on the basis of FP as someone suggested. My FP will be no more valid past June14.
