I just checked online status today. It says RFE issued on
Nov 20th.

I got laid off in April. Two weeks back I got a job.
Hope I will be fine.

does your new company have an attorney? if not, you may want to contact a good attorney. it's always better to go through them for these kind of things.

please update this thread once you leran more details about rfe.

Dude, From the WAC, Your case was filed way before. So You should be fine. Its always better to deal this w/ your lawyer.
Good thing is you getting the approval is very close now..
