RFE for TB test.
This RFE was issue because of doctors mistake that he did'nt check-marked X-ray results. I had x-ray without skin test.
I moved to OH from MO, so i thought of undergoing skin test
in OH instead of going to MO. This doctor did'nt check-marked
the same but he wrote skin test and X-ray results in the
REMARKs portion of medical form like this:
10/22/02 TB Skin test 24mm read and CXR Normal
.......doctors..name....address........signature 10/22/02
Is this kind of comments of doctor is fine for cases of
medical re-tests (skin test , X-ray) ?
