Talk to IIO's. Just because the AVM is saying pending (FP received and processing resumed etc.) does not mean it is pending. RFE may have been issued.
I talked to IIO on Monday 8/19 and she said that RFE is on the way. AVM is not updated yet and I don't think my Lawyer has received the notice yet.
Any idea how long it takes to have the AVM updated and get the notice once the officer requests more info?
