I am very new to this forum. On 7/2002 I received an RFE regarding BC. My lawyers sent the required docs and on AVM I heard the message that docs were received by them on 8/2002. I did not do my medical exam when we filed our I-485. Would I be receiving the RFE for the same as nothing was mentioned in the RFE that I received for BC. How long does it take INS to review the docs and make a decision? Would really appreciate any input.
