Dear Friends,
I got REF last month for recent 3 paystubs Employemnet verication letter,W2.
I hv paystubs for last 2 months.
My prob is my employer is delaying in giving Employment verification letter.
Can anyone tell me what is alternate options.

Did your AVM change to "RFE issued'? If yes.. how long did it take from the day it was issued to the day it was changed?
How long did it take for your lawyer to get the RFE?

I strongly suggest to send the exact documents that are asked for.....Don't look for alternate options just 'cause it's getting delayed..........you may end up regretting it later.........

Sorry you got an RFE. Like milli said at this stage don't look for alternatives
Can yout your WAC
 
At this stage can we change company and give differnt Emloyment verification letter.

If it's more than 180 days since you applied for 485, you can switch your job similar to your previous job position...........There is no regulation released by INS yet on this new law........so be prepared for any outcome.......

How many days you have in hand to reply to INS. If it is more than 50 days then you can wait for another month's pay stub and send it along withemployment verification letter. I don't know what to tell to get the verification letter.
