My AVM says "processing resumed" for the last couple of months. I have not received an RFE so far. Is it possible to get an RFE at this stage? PD 11/99, RD 07/31, EB3.

Yes... It\'s most likely that you\'ll get a RFE now than in the past few months...
I presume RFE is sent when a case is assigned to an officer. Right now VSC is processing all the July 2001 RD cases. So your case should get assigned to an officer soon and you should hear an approval message (or a RFE message). So sit tight and hope for the best (approval without a RFE). Wish you goodluck!
