Thanks in advance for any input you may have for my question!: How long does it take for INS to acknowledge receipt of RFE documentation after it is mailed to them?

Even 3 weeks after I got the RFE, my AVM message still says the standard "Your application...was received.....365days etc)

Wonder why some people\'s AVmessage get updated immediately, while others like mine doesn\'t even acknowledge the RFE having been sent out?

All my details are posted in immitracker site (ND=9/17). Good Luck to everyone.

How long did it take to receive by your lawyer? What is the RFE about?

I am still waiting for my RFE, it was generated on 08/09.

I think you should call IIO to confirm they recieved your RFE.
