PHSESAaug, are you expecting rfe on your case?If there is a lawyer on the file, does the RFE go to the lawyer or the applicant or both.
I heard attorney/beneficiary both get rfe, but attorney definitely will receive it.

My son's case rfe sent to me not attorney.
One rfe (for Legible-PP/H4 Copies) was sent to me of son's case but NOT to attorney. I have no clue. No transfer notioces and FP notices received by attorney. Is attorney can withdraw his/her name?
