My advance parole petition was received on April 14. On May 15, I received an RFE requesting a copy of my passport/I-94. My reply was received at uscis on May 25. It has now been exactly 2 months since then. Can someone share their knowledge about the following?:
1. Is it common to receive these RFE's or does it indicate a potentially deeper problem with your application?
2. How long after the reply is sent have people been getting adjudications?
3. If a decision to the reply to the RFE is not forthcoming, when and how can one inquire as to the status of the application?
4. The cover letter with the RFE mentions a date called the "CUD". This date happens to be exactly 3 months after the date the RFE was issued. What does "CUD signify?
