Hi:
Does anyone know who will be getting the RFE information, Lawyer or me?
Also what additional inforamtion do they normally request?

Lawyer will get the RFE
(I assume the one who represents you in your case)
In my case it usually took 3-5 buss. days to receive RFE by my lawyer.

Mostly often they ask for an employment letter, in 80% which should be accompanied by paystabs and latest W2\'s (if available). Sometimes they ask for details related to G232 (biogr. form), birth certificates, affidavits of support, [missing] medical records.

Don\'t worry they\'ll be exact in the letter in terms of what they want.
