Can anyone tell me what this RFE means:
New H1B Employer: The record indicates that the beneficiary was previously employed in an H1-B or L-1 nonimmigrant status with another employer and is now attempting to extend that status with the same H1-B employer . Submit copies of beneficiary's pay records for the three months prior to filing of the present petition to establish that the beneficiary was in a valid nonimmigrant status at the time the present petition was filed.
