Hi guys,

I just checked my online status and saw the following .."On October 6, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

I know I would have to wait until my attorney receives the RFE.. But I was just wondering as to what they may be for?? any of of you in the same positions?? Would appreciate your feed back. Please see my signature for details.

Like you said, you will have to wait to see what CIS wants. It may be Employment Verification letter and/or Medical reports.
 
usually they ask for the following documents.

1) Birth Certificate
2) Employment Letter
3) I-94 copy
4) Passport copy
5) W-2
6) 2or3 months paystubs
7) medical examination

They can ask any combo of the above information.

I would agree that they usually request one or combinations of the documents that you have mentioned in your post. However, that is what is more troubling to me, I have submitted all of those documents when I initially filed my I-485.
