The online message chagned 7 days after my fingerprinting to -- we've received your fingerprinting blah blah...
and surprisingly in 3 more days here's the message
"On October 10, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. "
I guess thats an RFE.
Spouse's message hasn't been updated though...
But I'd say getting a 2nd fingerprinting is a move in the right direction...
