RFE with officer#16, anybody????

My wife got medical RFE, we are going to reply to RFE in next week. Just want to know when can i expect my aproval?

Hi rchit,

When was the RFE issued and when did u physically get it. Try and get your wife's medicals done ASAP and reply. I have seen cases where they approve in weeks time. The cases where there have been delays is when the Name Check is pending.

RFE issued on Nov 18th and lawyer received(I didn't) on Nove 23 or 24 (def. before thanksgiving).
