My I140 got denied on the basis of we didn't respond for the RFE. Reason is we didn't receive RFE at all, so didn't respond. Tried all ways to reopen it and didn't success.
So filed new I140 again with the copy of the labor certificate (since Original LC is submitted with previous I140). Now
we received RFE asking for original LC. Has any one got this situation or any any advice to handle this isssue. Please advice, your help is greatley appreciated.
