Hello All & Ginnu.

I have used substitute labor.

He has Masters degree, i have bachelors.
He skill set is different than mine.

My attorney told ,he can use substittute labor and applied.
Now i have a query on I-140, about experience with similar skill.( 3 rfe's similar)

What are the chances of getting approval of I-140 & I-485?

Can any has similar situation, what do you guys suggest..
is it advicable to continue on this GC process or apply for a fresh GC application in diffrent SERVICE center?

I appreciate your reply

Thanks.

It depends upon the advertisement for LC. If the ad mentions Bachelor with x yrs of experience or Masters with y experience, then you should be fine. Dont worry.

Otherwise, some thing you need to look into is what Murthy is doing. She has sent mail to equate experience to education in some cases. The article was more about people with Bachelors (3yrs) and B.S. (4 yrs) in US. I donot know whether they would equate experience above B.S. to some years of experience.

It always a good idea, if you have money and time and your company is willing to have a backup labor in case this doesnot work out.
